The Ultimate Member Box was a box of items that the player obtained in their wizard's mail on the first of each season (UTC) if the player was an Ultimate Member. A season was defined as every 3 months, or a quarter of a year, similar to Earth's orbital season intervals.

The Ultimate Member Box can contain new exclusive Pets, Furniture, Equipment, and Buddies.

Trivia[]
- The Third Ultimate Member Box does not line up with the other Ultimate Member Boxes, because normally they release every three months, but this one is released 2 months later after the second Ultimate Member Box.
- Both the Season 10 and Season 11 Ultimate Member Boxes were accidentally sent out to all Members. This was fixed after the release of the Season 11 Box.
- So far, all Ultimate Member Boxes have contained a new Pet for the first item, and for the second item, either a Buddy, Outfit, Hat, or Furniture.
- The last Ultimate Member Box was in April 2024, and from then on Ultimate Member items were moved to the Treasure Track.
