Appearance[]
Riptide resembles a rainbow trout-scaled sea dragon. He is a quadruped with three toes on each foot and the undersides of his feet, as well as his belly, throat, and spots above his eyes are beige. There are scraggly, fur-like scales on his front that resemble a bib. Large cyan scales are on the sides of his body near his shoulders and knees. His long tail ends in a salmon pink two-sided tail, the same color as his wings, marlin crest, and crest-shaped ear flaps.

"Deep in the sea, Riptide can flap its powerful wings to create massive waves. Sometimes riding them to shore, but only if no one is looking."
