When Downpourtal is cast, it resembles a spiral of teal water going down, as if it were begin dumped onto the enemy. There is a light blue splash at the bottom of the water, making it seem as if a lot of pressure is applied to the enemy. The spell ends with a dark blue irregular star pattern.
Icon[]
When the wizard looks at Downpourtal in their spellbook, its icon resembles a blue spiral of water with a blue spiraling top and a slightly lighter blue splash at the bottom. There is a dice as well.
