The Dizzy Fish appears to be a small orange fish with white spirals in place of its eyes, and three tiny white stars circling above its head, as if it were dizzy.
In-Game Description[]

Dizzy Fish used to be obtained by opening Renewable Openables in Shipwreck Shore while completing Ulla's quests to obtain Aquadile.
